While every attempt is made to make sure that the picture representing the product is accurate there may be instances where there is are small discrepancy in the actual picture and the product you receive. However it is our intention to maintain a high standard of compliance with our policy of providing accurate pictures of the products we sell and full description of their function, dimensions, colours and makeup.
When your order is complete you should receive an email with receipt details included.
At dooco we want you to be able to buy with confidence. However, should you wish to return your purchases, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days provided there is proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition. An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you would like to return your item to the store please ensure that you take your delivery paperwork with you to help the store quickly process your refund.
